Our photography sessions and consultations are conducted strictly by appointments; no walk-ins are permitted. All consultations are free. We require a retainer for all wedding sessions and a creation fee for our portrait sessions. A signed model release is requested before each session, and a completed wedding agreement is needed for wedding coverage.

We begin with an initial consultation. We meet with you, discuss the occasion for your images, make recommendations for clothing, backgrounds, locations, and props to be used for your session.

Dressing for the portrait is very important and should reflect the style of the image you wish to create. Please refer to our resources page for information and ideas on your clothing selections.

A second consultation may be needed to make final adjustments before the session. All remaining questions on clothing, backgrounds, and locations need to be addressed and confirmed at this time.

Original images are viewed by projection or on the internet. We do not use paper "proofs" for viewing purposes. When you have made your selections, we then review the sizes and finishes desired and any framing you may need to make your portraits complete.
